Our shirts are currently available in sizes Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, 2X, 3X, 4X and 5X. Please be aware that 4X and 5X have limited color options.

Our t-shirts are the Gildan 64000 Softstyle Unisex T-Shirt. On each product page there is a size guide. We strongly suggest using that as guidance for fitting if you're unfamiliar with the 64000.

Hero & Starr products are fulfilled through a trusted network of U.S.-based print providers. Most orders ship within 2–5 business days via standard delivery, with tracking included. Each order is made to order, ensuring quality and reducing waste.

Hero & Starr utilizes print companies based in the U.S. While we do use non-U.S. printers for international orders, all U.S. orders will be shipped from a U.S.-based supplier.

Return & Exchange Policy

We believe in keeping things straightforward. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you requested, we’ll make it right. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to let us know, and we’ll handle eligible replacements quickly and respectfully.

Because every item is printed just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or general changes of mind. We encourage all pack members to review our size guide for the Gildan 64000 before ordering to ensure the best fit.

• Order number
• A photo of the issue
• A short note describing what went wrong.

Our team will respond within 48 hours to help resolve it.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Defective or misprinted items, although rare, do happen. If so, we'll make it right. Contact us immediately and we'll get you squared away.

The majority of the designs were created by Hero & Starr. Some of which are new takes on older designs that people love. Most, however, are original H&S designs.

Yes, most of our designs are exclusive to Hero & Starr.

At this time we are flying solo, but would love to collab with other designers and dog-loving influencers. In regards to custom requests, stay tuned.

The classic fit with the crew neckline deliver a clean, versatile style. All shirts feature a pearlized, tear-away label for total wearing comfort. Additionally, they are made using ethically grown and harvested US cotton.
